For the 9th year in a row, Donna J. Bays has been selected to the 2026 Indiana Super lawyer List in the Family Law category. The list recognizes attorneys who exhibit excellence; only the top 5% of a state’s lawyers are named.
Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations.
Donna’s practice is limited to family law matters. She is a Certified Family Law Specialist (Certified by the Indiana Family Law Board) who represents clients in cases that involve divorce, child custody, parenting schedules, and paternity. She also serves as a Parenting Coordinator, Domestic Relations Mediator, and Guardian ad Litem.
